A small house on Lakeside
Serenity Spa sits in a quiet lane just off Lakeside Road — close enough to Phewa Lake to walk barefoot back to your hotel, far enough that you stop hearing scooters when the door closes.
We do one thing well: bodywork. Swedish, deep-tissue, foot reflexology, and the trekker’s combination our regulars ask for after the Annapurna Circuit. Asmita, Shana and the team are named in our reviews for a reason — most of our bookings are repeat customers, or someone they sent.
We are open every day, ten in the morning until ten at night. There is no booking platform — a phone call or a WhatsApp message reaches the front desk directly, usually within the hour.

Treatments
Our 60-minute Swedish is fixed at NPR 3,500 — that’s the anchor most other treatments are built around. For the rest, send a quick WhatsApp and we’ll reply with current rates and any package discounts before you commit.
Long, flowing strokes — the classic full-body relax.
Firmer pressure for stubborn knots, shoulders and lower back.
Targeted leg, calf and foot work. Built for ABC, Annapurna and Poon Hill returners.
Pressure-point work on the feet. The first thing trekkers book.
Warm oils blended for the mood you walked in with.
Smooth basalt stones held over the back, shoulders and legs.
A slow stream of warm oil over the forehead. Old, and very quiet.
Wood sauna onsite — add to any treatment, or come for it on its own.
All bodywork is done in private rooms. Linen, oil, herbal tea and shower access are included. Tipping is appreciated — most regulars round up at the desk.
For trekkers
Most trekkers come down off Annapurna Base Camp, the Circuit, or Poon Hill on a Tuesday morning, are back at their guest house by lunch, and then — quads locked, calves in revolt — start asking the front desk where to go. We are six minutes away. Walk in. Or send a message ahead and we’ll have a therapist ready when you arrive.
90-minute combination
Deep-tissue legs + foot reflexology + neck. Built around what the trail just did to you.
Wood sauna onsite
Heat first, table after. Add it on for a small fee — it makes a difference for sore muscles.
Hot shower after
Towel, soap, hot water, somewhere to leave the boots. No need to get back to your hotel first.
Pre-arrival booking
Message us from Kathmandu, from the bus, from Ghorepani. We hold a slot for the day you’re back.
A look inside
We are not a luxury hotel spa — we are a four-room bodywork shop on Lakeside that has been doing this long enough to be quietly good at it.

“Super nice, friendly massage ladies. We had foot reflexology which was new to us — they seemed very knowledgeable and we felt in good hands. We would book again. Recommended.”
